Reminder about April Fools Day

<p>One thing that happens on 1 April every year are troll posts here on CC that some people believe. As the calendar switches to the first of April in different time zones next week, be sure to apply plenty of skepticism before replying to any unusual posts you see. There have been some amazing, heart-wrenching, and totally made up stories posted around that time of year here on CC in the last few years. </p>

<p>Have a happy and safe April 1st, and don't believe everything you read online that day.</p>

<p>I'll be going on my all-expense paid trip to Harvard after having receiving my second (!) non-athletic likely letter and personal call from the admissions office, and so unfortunately won't be able to be on CC for all the action.</p>

Hah, I one-upped you! I won't be here for April Fools day because Princeton is paying me to visit them! On top of that, I've already spoken to Bill Gates and he's going to set me up with a nice cushy position in Microsoft - though, I received a call from the President offering me the position of Attorney-General, so it may be a touch decision...</p>
