Remove or convert class to Pass/Fail?

I’ve taken Latin I/II in middle school and brought it up on my high school transcript. It turns out, those were my only poor semester grades from then (1 A, 2 B+, 1 B) and they are weighing my GPA down by more than 0.1. I’ve since then taken 2.5 credits across Latin 3/4 and have received A’s across the board. I can graduate with the high school credits alone. Would colleges care about P/F grades from middle school, as the class could potentially not even have had a letter scale?

I can convert the earlier classes to Pass/Fail and keep the credits or just remove them entirely.
Would it look better to colleges to have 4 credits (years) of a language, or having a 4th year language class itself?

I seen no harm in making it P/F. That way schools will see you took it in middle school but the grade won’t hurt your GPA. I don’t think colleges will be that concerned about grades in one HS level class taken in middle school class. I’m surprised you can make a change at this point but if you are allowed to, why not?
