removed?

On my financial aid toolkit for my fall/spring awards I had an academic competitiveness grant for $375 each semester. I had an outstanding charge for $375 on my fsu bill, and I went back and checked my award and now it says $0.00 where my award should be...This charge came up 2 months ago apparently, and even if my grades were an issue, financial aid would have no idea anyway until they are officially posted. Basically I'm wondering if this may have just been an accounting error, or did financial aid remove one of my awards so that I owe them money?
So puzzled. Any insight?
Thanks in advance

You should e-mail them about it. They’re the only ones who can tell you what happened and why it happened. People can speculate, but odds are nobody will get the answer correct. Give the financial office a call, maybe. See what’s up.

I agree you need to call. Is the outstanding charge still there and the award is not? Or are they both gone now. They might have applied the award to the outstanding bill and now it is a wash.

We frequently see things come and go, only to come back on the tool kit. It seems that when they are working on adding things, everyones kit can show 0.00 for awhile.

Call Monday. It may self-correct by then as well. They might be loading awards they will offer the new group of applicants that just received acceptances on Wed this week.
