Hey, guys.
So first of all, I took the November SAT Subject Tests today, and since my registration came with 4 free score reports, I listed a recipient this past Thursday. However, now that I've taken my tests, I feel as if I should wait to see my scores before actually sending them through the free score reports right away. In addition, as I'm trying to remove my score recipients, it appears that College Board does not allow me to do so. Every time I click 'remove' on a recipient, it's gone- yet whenever I go back to the page, the recipient is there again.

Is there any way at all that I can remove a recipient? Because I understand that the scores do get sent out until late November- until after the November scores come out.

Thanks.

I had the same exact problem this morning. I switched my browser to Internet Explorer. Then I selected remove all recipients. Next, I pressed the update button next to continue at the bottom. Then I pressed continue and complete registration. Hopefully that should work for you, too.

Hey, thanks for the input. So I switched the IE, and I did what you said. Under ‘Review Order’, I selected ‘remove all’ and then the recipient is gone. It then says, ‘Your recipient list is currently empty. Add score recipients to your list.’ and there is no update button- so I assumed you meant the ‘Make Changes to your Order’ button that’s next to ‘Continue’. I get directed to a new page and it says the same thing- my recipient list is empty and whatnot. However, there is no ‘Complete registration for me’- only ‘Cancel’ or ‘Continue’ and clicking on ‘Continue’ gets me back to square one.
I mean, now I no longer see my recipients…however, after I leave this page, and then go back to ‘Send Registration Score Reports’ on MY SAT, the recipient is once again there.

Is there anyone else who would like to contribute?

I had to click continue a couple of times before it took me to the complete registration page. Also, before it finally worked, I decided it was better to send my scores to a college I had no intention of applying to. So I deleted the original college and put in university of alaska. It completed the switch correctly. Then I decided to give it one last shot and finally it removed university of alaska as well.

Hey, I don’t know what happened but it finally worked! I got rid of the recipient! Ah, College Board seriously confuses me sometimes. Anyway, thank you so much for answering and helping me out! Now I can finally breathe…
