<p>I have an admit from Rensselaer for the MS-IT program. I would be grateful if someone could answer a few questions about the course.</p>
<ol>
<li><p>How is the MS-IT program? With regards to professors and the range of topics/skills covered in class? Anyone with first hand experience?</p></li>
<li><p>What type of positions do students usually get into? I understand its an IT program which basically leads you into project management positions but I would like to know about the diversity of the profiles offered to students when they graduate.</p></li>
<li><p>I have been through the list of electives offered. Its a very broad list. But what are the electives actually offered at the institute? For example there are finance concentration courses. Are they actually offered? What is the qualifying criteria? Any other related information? </p></li>
<li><p>How is life at Troy? It seems very dull to me from whatever little information I could gather. Any contrary opinions? Whats are the nearby avenues that students frequent? Clubs and associations? </p></li>

<p>These answers will help me a lot in making up my mind. Hoping for some good feedback.</p>
