<p>I applied to Rensselaer Jan 15th regular decision via the Common Application. However, I recently rushed my SAT scores from Jan testing. Approximately when will I receive my decision?</p>

<p>Was it a college choice ( 28 days ) application ? My son also sent his in Jan 5th, and we sent SAT scores 10 days ago . Today , something came in the mail for him from RPI ( He is not home ; it's not opened yet ) so maybe it will be today for you too.</p>
<p>It was actually the regular decision application. When can I expect to get back notification? Will it be online, or do I have to wait for the package? Thank you for your help.</p>

<p>Nope. The nationally accepted date for actually making your final college choice is May 1st, including financial aid, etc. Therefore, you'll get your decision in either March or early April. The same should hold for almost any other school.</p>
