<p>You are computer science so I can't give you the best answer. However, Purdue is a great engineering school. In terms of engineering, I'd rate them as:</p>

<li>Purdue (close 2nd)</li>
<li>Penn State (tons to offer and huge but lower tier)</li>
<li>UC Davis</li>
<li>UC Santa Barbara</li>
<li>Calpoly San Luis (never heard of it...do they even have eng?)</li>
