Should I repeat a class in which I got a C? I feel like I didn't learn enough, which might cause problems for future courses? Also my university does not allow to repeat a class in which you get a C or higher..is there any way around it?

this is a crazy thought. ask your professor to......give you a lower grade? tell him you want to retake the class for a higher grade and in order to do so you need a grade lower than a C.

Yeah, I'd repeat the class. I took Calc II again after getting a C+, and after that I now definitely feel ready for Calc III. All schools have different policies about how they treat the GPA to include the repeated class's grade, but I doubt any would stop you from retaking it.

Why would you doubt that? if you read the OP the school does not allow it.

TVA: The OP can still take the class, no one can physically restrain him from attending. The question is what happens to the transcript. Most schools put both grades down, but at the OP's school it sounds like they may not even do that. Which is fine, if his goal is learning the material better, not necessarily improving his GPA (although learning material better will most likely improve GPA in the future).
