Reply from UF on no change to Daughter's Status

<p>My daughter's status has not been updated either.. she is distraught because many of her friends have decisions, some yes, some no..</p>

<p>I emailed UF yesterday and 6pm regarding her status. This is the reply I received to my message below:</p>

<p>Thanks for your message and I'm sorry xxxxxx's decision was not available today. We have many applications that are still in the process of being reviewed and those decisions will be available within the next week or so.</p>

<p>My message:</p>

<p>Dear UF,</p>

<p>Your admissions website states that decisions are available for students who applied by November 1. I have checked my daughters status several times, it has not changed at all. There is no decision, simply just her application status.</p>

<p>Can you please help? She's super excited.</p>

<p>To my knowledge, no, my daughter was born in Florida and she's lived in the Central Florida area her whole life, we've never moved, etc...</p>

<p>stranger6201 - my biggest fear is that our students are on the "fence".. They are not accepted yet - but not rejected either - still being evaluated.. That frightens me.. </p>

<p>It's hard to understand... my daughter has been accepted at UCF Honors, FSU Honors, Miami Honors, Tulane, Clemson and Auburn.. but not yet UF.. but lots of great, talented students don't get in.. oh well..</p>
