<p>On my University of California application (I applied to Berkeley, UCLA, San Diego, Davis, and Santa Cruz) I stated that I was retaking the ACT in December. I already submitted my SAT score report and my October ACT report, so they already have ACT and SAT scores from me. However, while I was planning to take the December ACT, I was unable to at the last minute due to a schedule conflict. What I'm concerned about is that I stated on my UC application I was retaking the ACT, but I didn't. Do I need to contact the universities and let them know this? If so, how? Do I have to contact each school individually?</p>
