<p>Let's say you took both the ACT and the SAT. Using the conversion tables, you find that one score is significantly higher than the other. Obviously, you want to have the higher official ACT or SAT score sent to the college.</p>
<p>The common application, however, seems to require you to list ALL ACT and SAT tests taken, including the dates they were taken. This seems contra to the idea that only the best scores should be reported or sent in.</p>
<p>Is it illegal or unethical to only report the best score received, and just omit the others on the common application?</p>
