On the Common App, should I list my GPA and class rank from after the first MP of senior year, or should I list my GPA and class rank from after junior year?

Bump(ish)
I have the same question as well.

Clicking the yellow question mark in the Grades section reveals this nugget: “You should report your current Class Rank and GPA, even if they might change later in the school year.”

I’m confused by this explanation.

My first marking period report card should come out next week, and in it should be my updated GPA and class rank. I want to report that information on my Common App since it will definitely be an improvement over my junior year GPA. However, I’m wondering if it’s appropriate to list the first MP GPA and class rank on the Common App when the information that a college receives from my counselor is my transcript from the end of my junior year.

So essentially, does “Current Class Rank and GPA” mean the one from my junior year or the one from the end of first MP senior year?

What my son did is had the counselor upload his first marking period report card I think under additional reports or some category that the counselor had access to. Then later the school will get your mid year report.
