Reporting of AP grades?

My daughter got her AP grades early in July, but for whatever reason, they weren't reported to the college. Maybe she didn't enter UCSB at the time she took the tests. Last week, 7/10, she sent in the request for an additional report to be sent, to UCSB. I had her do the "rush" option, paid $25 instead of $15. She tried to do it over the internet and phone, but those didn't seem to be working that day, so she mailed it in. I know there was a 7/15 deadline for final HS transcripts and AP grades, and her final HS transcript was received by UCSB early in July, so that's cool. Now I'm worried about the reporting of AP grades, as the deadline has passed, and my credit card doesn't even show that the charge for the reporting by College Board has even been posted, of course the report has not been recieved by UCSB. Is it to be expected that the College Board would take this long? Should we contact them to see if there's a problem?

I orded my AP grades rushed to UC Irvine on that same day as well. They should have received them yesterday. I think a good idea would be to shoot them an email and let them know it's on the way; give them a friendly heads up.

I wouldn't sweat it. I can't say this for sure, but all of their deadlines are more like recommendations. They hadn't gotten my transcripts until July 14th, and the week preceding that I had called and they had told me not to worry, that they simply put that deadline up so that way they can have everything, and work out the kinks after that. They told me that they have TONS of mail to go through, so even if it misses the deadline, the might have already gotten it anyway.

I also had problems with the Hep B deadline, and they told me not to worry about that deadline as well... Like I said, I can't guarantee it, but their deadlines are usually moreso recommendations =)
