Reporting SAT Scores After Submitting Application?

Hey guys, my first post!

I've got a question. I'm applying to MIT and will submit both Part 1 and Part 2 on December 2 (due to my school internal deadlines). I've taken the SAT Reasoning test previously in June, but am retaking the SAT test on December 4.

For the section of the MIT Application Part 2, do I have to self-report my June scores? Or can I say I'll take the Dec 4 test, and then send MIT my official score report when my December scores are available on Dec. 23? If I do this, can I also send MIT my June scores?

I am worried that I self-report my June scores, and then MIT disregard my latest December scores.

Thanks for your help!

You can self-report any scores you want, and MIT will still consider only your highest scores on each section, including your December scores. You can choose not to send the June scores, if you wish, but there is no penalty for sending multiple scores, and MIT will only use the scores that put you in the best light when evaluating you.
