Reporting SAT scores for early decision

Hi,
I'm a student who is interested in applying early for Cornell University. On the website, it says that students should take the SAT reasoning test before November, and take the SAT Subject tests no later than November. Does this mean that it's ok to take the SAT Reasoning Test in November as well, or should I take my SAT Reasoning Test in October, and my SAT Subject tests in November just in case?

Any comments???

It means take the SAT by October testing date and SAT II's by November. They won't necessarily reject the November SAT but it is phrased as it is now because of concern that the new SAT is taking too long to grade because of its writing section and thus the November one may not reach them in time to use for making the ED decision.

'Before November' means before November. 'No later than November' means, in November or earier than that.

You can't take both the SAT I and IIs in November in any event. On any given test date, you can go with either one or the other. You may as well do it the way the college's wording indicates is acceptable to them, doing I in October and the IIs in November.
