Reputation of SIS

<p>I’m an International relations major, and I was accepted to SIS and the Honors Program at American. I’m waiting on a few other schools as well (transfer application) but I’m just trying to get a sense of the reputation of American as a whole and SIS. I’m not sure what I want to do after undergrad, but I will need a job, as I’m soley responsible for funding my education. I’m also considering law school, hopefully Penn. </p>

<p>hi~ if you care about a parent’s perspective…yes, AU is one of the oldest(if not oldest) IR programs in the nation. my grad has done extremely well, now ACTUALLY working in DC! besides going abroad, i don’t think she’ll ever leave this city! the AU career center is much better than most, and helped propel her into numerous internships and resume development. best of luck.</p>
