Request for guidance in choosing a university for MEng

I am hoping to get some advice from you guys. I am currently considering University of Toronto, McGill University, University of Waterloo and Queens University for an MEng (course based) in Chemical Engineering. My plan is to try for internships and co-ops. With that goal in mind I will try and take the minimum number of courses per semester that qualify me as a full time student so that the program will be done in 1.5 - 2 years. In this way I would hope to have multiple semesters to try and apply for these positions and gain experience in various industries.

With that in mind, which of the four universities would you suggest? I understand that all of these are supposed to have a good reputation among employers and have good faculties that would help me have a great learning experience. But are there any in this list that stand out and should be a clear choice?

Any guidance is appreciated.

Thank you.
