I am in need of more aid in order to continue attending my current school. How would I go about requesting more? For example, should I write a letter to someone in particular addressing my reasons?</p>
<p>Talk to the financial aid office. There may be some small scholarships for which you are eligible that they can steer you toward.</p>

Contact your school’s Financial Aid Office. It’s kinda late to ask for more grants for current term. However, your parent could borrow more PLUS Direct Loans to cover your COA. And you too could take out more Direct Loans. See below for Direct Loans limits:
First year $5500
Second year $6500
Third year and beyond $7500.
Also, as a result of the PLUS denial, you may be eligible for an additional $4,000 or $5,000 unsubsidized Direct Loan.</p>
<p>How much more do you need…? $1000 or $10,000.</p>
