I sent out SAT scores to four schools for free when I took the October test. Today, I just checked and all four of those schools have "Request Still Pending", and one of them was UPenn, my early decision school, which I got rejected from. Does this mean that they haven't received scores and that CollegeBoard screwed me over?

Ouch. Yeah, I thought CB was usually pretty good about updating. :/ Call to make sure. Also, wouldn't Penn have notified you had your application been incomplete?

That's what I'm wondering. I got a blue postcard saying that all of my materials had been received, but the score reports were my own responsibility. I didn't get any other notification. The other thing is that I noticed this just now. I think they just updated it because the "Request Still Pending" was not there before. I don't know what to say, but if they never sent my scores out, then it's a lousy reason to get rejected for. It's partly my own carelessness, but I couldn't have known when that notice was never there to begin with.
