Requested roommate put in different building...

Hey. My friend and I requested to be roommates, but we were put in different buildings... I was put in De Neve Plaza and he was put in Sunset Village... Do you guys know if there is any way for us to fix this? We know we filled out the application the same exact way, since we did it together...

^I made that forum awhile back asking how my friend and I could be roommates in a plaza. Everyone said that it would be okay to put roommates as #2 and Plaza as #1, so that's what we did... Now my friend is *ed at me. He wanted to put roommates as #1 and building as #2 initially. He is *ed at me because he says I convinced him to do it the other way after making the forum post.

Anyway... is there any way we can fix this? Is there someone I can contact to talk to about it? Any help is much appreciated. Thanks everyone!

I would definitely talk to housing and see what they can do. If worse comes to worse perhaps we could trade so you could be in the same building.

Hmmm... actually I found this...

Though it says "Due to high demand, we do not expect to be able to grant the majority of the requests received."

Maybe there's a way I can raise my chances if I can talk to them about my specific situation, since we did ask to be roommates in the first place...
