Do yourself a favor and craft an email note to your EC that incorporates traditional English grammar and usage. Boring, I know, but you can do it. There's nothing wrong with the phrase you wrote in the original post, apart from the grammatical errors. Clean up that phrase and follow it up with a brief statement about how you're looking forward to the interview and ask what dates, times, and places might be convenient to meet. You can also explain any constraints on your own schedule and on the distance you can travel.</p>
<p>just say who u are, and that u are applying to MIT EA or RD. It is to your knowledge that you can schedule an interview. Then ask to schedule one and provide ur address, email, phone number, etc.</p>
