i’m a student seriously considering early decisioning into Northwestern University, but i really need some input on the school’s safety and social life.

It is fairly safe on campus. I never feel scared walking around at night. There are always students around. The social life is definitely dominated by parties. The first week of school, frat parties had a ton of ocp and darties and they got shutdown by the university. So the party scene is pretty noticeable and a large portion of students participate. Today is the first day of classes so I cant talk about rigor yet, but it is very self driven. A professor isnt gonna tell you that there is homework. You have to go online and find it for yourself.
