how do you request the viewbook and all that stuff.....also is it just my own or is boarding school review acting up its showing this like

Visit the site, go to their admissions page…then look around on that page.

go on to their school website and click on request information or inquire

Boarding School Review is messed up on my computer too! I wonder what happened, it was working yesterday.

Its not working here either. It was working earlier today though.

I requested my viewbook from exeter a week ago but it hasn’t come yet.
Why?

It’s the end of the year. The admissions office doesn’t have an automatic service sending out viewbooks, they do it pretty much themselves. If there’s no one there, there’s no one sending out viewbooks. Be patient.

If you got it.
I was just curious what people thought.

Are you talking about the red one with a question mark on it?

The Exeter viewbook is awesome!!!
(the one with the question mark)
Will they send anymore stuff besides the application

how long does it take for the viewbook to come!!! (international) how long do you think it would take to come i inquired to alot of them… i inquired like from saturday, sunday monday…

Urbanflop- aren’t you entering Exeter in the fall? Or are you planning ahead by listing your location for Sept 2010?

Exeter sends some letters during the time from when you request info until the application deadline. I think it was 2 or 3 form letters- they are pretty interesting though and written by a student. They also sent a DVD- you may have already received that- I enjoyed it but it’s really the same as the short video clips on their website but just all put together…

Then they don’t contact you at all after apps are due until 3/10 so do not worry at that time- we were worried that we hadn’t heard anything- but then son was accepted! :)

I’m applying for Exeter for 2010-2011 year.

Does anyone know how I can order a paper viewbook from Harvard, Yale, Stanford & Princeton? I’m in the UK and my requests don;t seem to be working!

I love the DVD Exeter sends out. It’s quite inspiring, and so are the student-written letters.

Choate’s viewbook is amazing. I love the colors and the general quirkiness of it (and those cute collectable cards, lol!).

As others pointed out… Exeter’s viewbook was great and comprehensive as well. XD I liked Hotchkiss’s DVD, and their viewbook was probably the most comprehensive of them all… It took me forever to read, heh.

I got the Exeter DVD but it was just the same videos they had on their website put together.

I didn’t really like Choate’s viewbook. The only reason I say this is because it wasn’t as informative as others like Taft, Hotchkiss, and Deerfield, but it was a lot more entertaining. Exeter’s was okay. I like Deerfield’s the best even though it took a long time to read. Hotchkiss’s book seemed like it didn’t go in any logical order but it told me everything I wanted to know about the school.
