<p>I have transferred out from Computer Science (Bourns) to Psychology (HMNSS) and back in computer science (Bourns), it’s not hard as long as you have the right classes completed at B or above. It was easy for me because I already has the required courses</p>
<p>Your problem is, Chemical Engineering courses are nothing like Political Science so you may need to take some more “technical” courses prior to applying.</p>
<p>Best bet, go ask them.</p>
