I am now a junior and am starting to think about possible university choices. I recently moved to a middle eastern country, but I am still in a very good american system school. By the time I graduate i will have done 5-7 APs as I am taking 3 this year. I was wondering if its a requirement for all universities in england to have A levels and IGCSEs since we dont do them in my school. Any feedback would be great!

Don’t worry too much, UK universities are used to US applicants. Specific requirements will vary depending on the individual university and what subject you want to study, but broadly speaking they’re likely to want you to have done several APs in subjects related to the proposed degree subject, and usually to score 4/5 in the AP exams, as those are the closest equivalent to A levels in the US system.

If you go to the website of any UK uni and click on international students you will find entry requirements for US students. You do not need to take any UK qualifications.
