Requirements for UCLA, UC Berkeley and NYU

What GCSE's and A levels grades would i need to secure a place in UCLA, UC Berkeley and NYU (or similar universities)

Thanks

Those universities practice holistic admissions, meaning they evaluate your application as a whole including your essay, extracurriculars, as well as grades.

i got into those unis (as a brit). u need to have really good extra curriculas (especially for berkeley and ucla), preferably 4 as levels (I had 2 A’s and 2 B’s but i had predicted grades of 2 A stars and an A, and retook in january and got 4 A’s). sats need to be about 2100 (thats basically what i got). they dont really care about gcses.

for the UCs it depends when you apply. i applied in a year where the economy was in the ****s (2011) for california so my chances were slightly better as i was paying more money. normally its impossible for out of staters.

if you want any more info id be happy to help. my email is james.steyn@yahoo.com
