<p>RC is a great option. I say this as an alum. 30 years ago, it was pretty self-contained, and that was not always an advantage. Language study was amazingly good -- having not passed out of any requirements, by soph year I was reading French novels with pretty good fluency. Housing is so-so, but beautifully located. If you go, you MUST meet Carl Cohen. His Logic & Language course used to be frosh-required (and was the bane of many). But he is a fabulous, fabulous lecturer, an RC founder, and a sweetheart, too, even if you don't agree with every single one of his political opinions!</p>

<p>Has anybody recieved the confirmation letter yet? I've got the general checklist but I not confirmation letter at the moment so I was wondering if anybody else has it yet. Living on the other side of the world, I'm expecting a delay but if other people have gotten it weeks before then...</p>
<p>But yeah, I'm a little worried since I need to do the housing application by the end of the month - but I can't do that yet cause I haven't got the letter (and now my mind is messing with me and I'm wondering if I lost the letter... hope not!)</p>

<p>Yeah..if you're international, things might take a bit longer. On the housing app, make sure you indicate Residential College on the appropriate spot. Obviously select East Quad for your preferences...so on and so forth.</p>
<p>If you got the checklist, then you're other mail should be forthcoming. Give the RC a call too, sometimes things get lost.</p>

<p>i got the confirmation letter like late april....i'm sure housing will update according to your changes because i did my housing app before the rc changed my records from lsa to rc......i emailed them and asked if it was okay and they said it was fine</p>
