rescended from programs 2nd semester

Is it possible to get acceptances taken away from programs? Like going from straight As to Bs and Cs?

huh?..are you asking if an acceptance can be revoked?

ya revoked. Sorry~

I was wondering the same thing.. like.. going from Straight As to straight Bs.

hmm im not sure, but I do know that if you are not keeping your GPA in the program, they will kick you out.

If you are talking about senior year grades, its very unlikely that anyone gets rescinded. So, anyone with b’s and c’s, don’t worry about it.

As for getting rescinded for getting b’s and c’s once you are in the program, it all depends on the GPA requirements for the program.

how do u know this? even with Cs?

Your COLLEGE acceptence can get rescinded if your grades drop in HS. And if your GPA drops below requirement while in a program, you will get kicked out. There are known examples of both.

so it is likely to get revoked with Cs?
thanks

I think it depends on the class and it depends on how you were doing when you sent your grades in.

can you explain that a bit more, penguin?

what if its a major ap science class or ap calc?

Umm, I can only say what I heard from USC.

I was initially worried about kinda the same thing (straight A’s to mostly B’s), and the counselor said that they rarely rescind admissions. With the requirements to get rescinded being getting C’s or below in a majority of your classes, or anything criminal.

xcrunner18
so u think 1 or 2 C is ok?
thanks

Yeah i was also pondering about this…how about AP scores? Will they affect decisions? lol of the 4 I’m gonna take, I have a feeling I’m gonna bomb one of them…damn

in line w/ the AP score question:

what if u dont get your IB diploma (and you were supposed to)?
