Rescheduling Regents Interview?

<p>My D got invited for Regents's Scholarship interview, choose a date and scheduled an appointment. And then - only recently - she realized that she has some academic competition on the same day which she is really interested in attending. She is not sure what to do - try to reschedule or just leave that competition early (might be too early for any good results). </p>

<p>She is reluctant to try her recheduling on-line - when you push the button "Reschedule" there - it cancels your appointment BEFORE telling you about any other times available. She tried to reach somebody by the phone given in her Regent's invitation, but so far was able to reach the answering machine only.</p>

<p>How difficult it is to reschedule an appointment for Regent's Scholarship interview? Should she risk to reschudule on-line? It's in a week ...</p>

<p>i believe it wouldn’t be much of a risk to reschedule online, even if it does cancel your existing appointment first, mainly because there are many students interviewing and, if i remember correctly, subsequently many interview time slots. assuming there aren’t many other time restrictions on interview time, i’m sure there will be at least some time slots which will fit your schedule.</p>
