I am going to be attending a instate public university next year and they are offering me their full-tuition scholarship. Throughout high school I've only received a couple B's but this last semester of high school I slipped a bit and WORST CASE scenario I will get 3 A's, 4 B's and 1 C. In their scholarship contract it says NOTHING about maintaining my high school grades, only that I need to maintain a 3.0 every year in college in order to renew my scholarship. So, if I do poorly this last semester is it very likely that they will rescind my scholarship? By the way first semester I got a 3.85 GPA and my cum is a 3.94

No, base on what you stated, your school will not rescind your merit scholarship. The only way they will rescind your scholarship is if they rescind your admission.
