Rescind admission due to straight B+s?

<p>When the U of Michigan says they can revoke an admissions offer due to an decline in grade performance, does a fall from straight As first semester to straight B+s (and therefore a .05 drop in cum. GPA) second semester senior year fall in that category?</p>
