Rescind Admission GPA?

My senior grades will probably look like this: (worst case scenario)

AP Lit: C+
AP Physics: C+
AP Calc BC: B
AP Psych: B
AP MicroEcon: B-
Piano 3: A

People have been telling me its WEIGHTED GPA, but I saw an answer that stressed UCs are all unweighted 3.0 risk of a cancelled admission. Will I get in?

LOL . (no)

it is weighted GPA For UCSD. you’re fine

just C’s or better and your golden

It’s weighted. I remember seeing it on the UCSD website; I have no idea where that little sentence went but it was “weighted.” Only Berkeley and UCLA take unweighted GPA.

In that case, you’ll be fine.

just wondering is that for the whole year all averaged together or each semester?

worst case its each semester which isnt all that different if you think of it

It’s for the entire senior year, so both semesters count.

It’s the entire year.

wait if it is whole year. if first semester is above 3.0 but 2nd semester is lower will they rescind. i have c or higher in all my classes but my first semster gpa is 3.6 and 2nd semester is 2.8…will they rescind because of this. technically if i calculate my overall gpa it is 3.2 and that is above the 3.0 gpa. i am just not sure if they mean you need to have a 3.0 gpa or higher both semesters

u need a 3.0 cumulative for the entire senior year, if memory serves me rite
