<p>Yes, If they see a SIGIFICANT decrease In grades they can take away their admissions offer. </p>
<p>They CAN do anything, but they don’t ask for mid year grades or consider 12th grade grades in their decision. So I don’t think it’s something they do. I believe someone asked about final transcripts in the online chat and Penn State said they only ask for proof of graduation. Not grades. You can always call and ask without identifying yourself. I’m sure you are not the only one who will wonder about this! </p>
