i have a D in ap environmental science and there is NO way i can raise that grade up AND it is nearly impossible for me to get a 3.0 so will ucr rescind my acceptance? </p>

<p>Talk to your counselor or call Undergraduate Admissions! (Telephone: (951) 827-4531) and explain to them your situation and they’ll be able to tell you! I was in the same boat awhile back and I gave them a call - they pulled up my profile to review my grades and talked to me about what grades I needed to keep up to keep my admission!</p>
<p>i called them already and they said that they would have to reconsider my acceptance… if u dotn mine me asking but did u get a d/f in any class? and also what did u do to maintain ur acceptance?</p>
<p>oh i got a D in calc BC the first semester. and apparently they said it was okay.
I had a D in AP english too but then i emailed them and they said all i had to do was make up the english grade before i graduate (at a CC… that’s where i’m making it up) and just don’t get anymore D/F’s.

<p>@sireeena, I’m really surprised they said they are reconsidering because I had a D in Anatomy and I have never taken an honors/AP classes. I called them and they told me that it was fine because I don’t need that course for my a-g requirement, and to try my best to maintain a C average senior year!</p>
<p>Also, I’m not sure if this helps but the 3.0 is based on your a-g requirements (according to admissions office).</p>

<p>Senioritis does hit hard because I almost got a D in my AP Statistics class but in the last couple weeks I raised it into a solid C.</p>
