Rescind Letter of Warning?

Recently I have received a letter of warning from NYU saying that “We received your final transcript which includes your most recent grades. As you know, our offer of admission was “contingent upon satisfactory completion of any educational coursework now in progress.” The grades you recently received are not consistent with your previous performance, and your current academic profile is not the same one we considered when we offered you admission.” They sent me this email on August 12th and I sent them my letter telling them why it all happened, being brutally honest about senioritis. But they have yet to reply to me yet. I only had one or two C’s and the rest A and B’s. Do you guys think they’ll actually rescind me? They still haven’t replied yet so i’m freaking out.

So did they actually do that?
