Hi, I recently got in Stanford. I am in a college literature class with quite a harsh grading professor. The entire class's grade is based on 3 papers, one of which he gave me a 70 on. I may end the class with around a 75 or a C. In all my other classes, I have 100s in. Will this one grade possibly get my acceptance rescinded?

^same question, but with multiple Bs instead of a C

@123cardinals. Having one C should be fine along with the rest As…but I would try to raise that potential C to a B/B- if possible…to have a cushion so that it doesn’t turn into a D. And @amoeboid6. 1 or 2 Bs in the final semester should be okay. Bottom line for both of you…Stanford admissions does not like to see a serious case of “senioritis”…

…you know what I mean…doing the “bong” into the night and playing video/computer games into the wee hours of the morning 8-| …

I’m probably going to end up with 3 or 4 Bs this semester unfortunately. I don’t think it’ll be a problem but I’m still a bit nervous…
