What the title says. I currently have a C in one of my AP classes.
For the past few years, all the UC’s except UCLA/UCB require an applicant to maintain their provisional admission to keep a 3.0 Weighted GPA with no D’s and F’s Senior year. UCLA/UCB have required a 3.0 UW GPA and no more than 2 C’s. No you will not be rescinded with 1 C.
So even if you’re a mostly straight A student, getting 1 C senior year and you’ll be fine?
Yes and as long as your other grades have not dropped drastically…
I am concerned about 1 grade that might end up as a c in English second semester. All of my other classes will definitely be A’s but this one might be a c. Will ivies rescind or send some sort of warning? I’m sure a UC wouldn’t but I’m not sure about an ivy school since they appear to care more.
I am a mostly A student with one or two b’s scattered around
you’ll be fine
you will probably be fine - but every case is different. call your target schools and ask
