To UCLATransfer:
I have a similar situation as you!
I have a schedule change this quarter and am not able to complete one pre-rep for my major (in fact I have several missing). I checked my cc summer schedule and they don’t provide that course during summer. I am very worried!!

viper0621…
I am not sure because I wrote that I am going to take those two prereq class during summer quarter in my application. And also I realized I dropped one course during spring quarter due to a schedule conflict, however that class is a not a prereq class, and there is also a lab class that I listed in my summer quarter but it is not a prereq class as well… So is it ok for me to not take that class because I am not sure if that class is need for my major in UCLA (BTW… that class is full too…) It’s very hard to take lab classes in my college… it always get full very quickly!!

so i just called the admission office… that lady told me that I just need to report the changes online… and I asked her will they affect my acceptance and all she said is she can’t say and she doesn’t know… what other answers did u guys get?

^
Interesting.

I personally don’t think it should be that hard to keep that gpa. Don’t slack off now. [:

sakurax… My case is not a GPA issue… it’s prereq classes issue… =[

I have the same problem as apple7, but I got 1.8 GPA( 2 Ds, 1C, 1B) for Spring term, and my cumulative sunk from 3.64 to 3.2 , do you think I still have a shot? None of the courses I took are required and only one is related to my major, I took them cuz I thought it would look bad if I wasn’t taking any courses in the spring.

Sucks, doesn’t it?

^two d’s and a c will hurt alot. you need to report those grades asap to see what kind of options ucla will give you. IMO i think those two d’s = automatic rescission.
