rescinded?

Have you ever heard of someone having their admission rescinded from Wellesley?
I'm very worried. My grades have been kept up in all of my classes except for one: AP Calc. The teacher is very...witchy. She wrote me up for flipping open my cell phone to check the time. (My first ever detention. OMG...I was mortified) Now she's lost my math project that accounts for 15% of my grade. So I have an "E" in that class. (We've had 2 grades...and it doesn't look like we'll be getting many more.) If I work my butt off, I can still get a final grade of an "A" or "B" in that class, but...I'm dying here. Will Wellesley admissions see my 3rd quarter Calc grade and be like "Oh~lazy. Senioritis? Nope. She's out. Forget that Likely candidate."

I'm a little concerned that I got a B- for my math semester grade, and when I sent my application to be evaluated it had been a B. So I hope that B- doesn't change their mind too much...

You should be fine if you keep up your grades in the other classes. Sorry about the mean teacher, that's a bummer.

To catsushi:

I'm very sure you'll be fine. Someone I know had a D during the last semester of her calc class after she had already been admitted to Wellesley. She was really worried and called to school to see if her admission would be in jeopardy, but they just told her to be careful not to let her grade drop any lower.. and now she's happily attending Wellesley with me! :)

Thank you very much for that reassurance, Chewie. :D
