Rescinded?

For my Berkeley contract, it is stated that I need to maintain a 3.0 with grades C or better

However for this semester my projected grades will be:

A 3 units
C 3 units
C 0.5 units (badminton course transferable)

So that puts me at 2.94 with a C for badminton. What do you guys think? Do you think Berkeley might be lenient on the issue? Its not possible to change the badminton course to p/np and its very likely that I will get a C in the class.

:(

sounds like your going to need to do some begging in your badminton class. just ask the couch if you can do some project or help out in some way to get a b so you don’t get rescinded from UCB.

and i don’t think they will be lenient i think you will get rescinded so get that taken care of.

The question is… how do you get a C in a PE course? :\ Maybe talk to your coach about a grade change?

I want to say Berkeley will be lenient, but they straight-up told you what GPA you need (unlike UCLA’s vague policy) and you failed to meet the requirement, however insignificant the course may be and small the difference in your GPA is… You should call.

they don’t rescind sh i t

Well going to call today. Hope things work out. Totally stressed atm tho…worst thing is that my badminton course has ended and I don’t even know what grade I have obtained. I am fearing for the worst however…

Anyone had a similar situation or know anyone who went through this?

Geez. PE courses at my CCC aren’t transferable! Did you get an injury? Maybe you can explain the C…

At my CC, you can transfer up to 5 units of PE “coursework.”

If that doesn’t work, try looking for a spring intersession class to bump your grade up. I’m sure there’s a few.

Which colleges currently have open spring intercession classes?
