Rescinding Admission for Poor AP scores

<p>Has anyone ever heard of a college rescinding an admission after receiving one or two extremely poor AP scores (ie 1-2s)?</p>

<p>Never heard of it, and it seems unlikely.</p>

<ol>
<li>AP scores for seniors come out in July (or sometime in the summer). The same seniors will already have gotten in and put in their deposits (not to mention graduated HS)…it would be pretty inconsistent to deny them a spot in the class.</li>
<li>AP scores wouldn’t be a deciding factor in admissions in most cases (I think)</li>

<p>School Grades on AP courses count and could be quite serious if you
get below a C.</p>

<p>Ap scores themselves are unlikely to count for the reasons pointed out by
NewEngland…</p>
