Would UF rescind an admission offer if a student attains a D for a relatively difficult class, such as Calc. BC? And let's us assume that this is the only blemish upon the senior year report, just one D.

oh man im in the same position =/ i got a D last nine weeks in BC Calc and now im nervous if this would affect UF’s decision

That is hard to tell; however, they do have the ABILITY to rescind admission for any grade lower than a “C,” but most likely they will not. However, why are you taking this defeatist attitude already you have two more quarters and plenty of opportunity to NOT get a “D.” Have you ever tried Khan Academy - a guy does a series of videos on all Calculus 1, 2, and 3 topics and he is very good. [YouTube - Broadcast Yourself.](http://www.youtube.com/view_play_list?p=19E79A0638C8D449) It is way too early in the year to take a defeatist attitude on a subject and you certainly have enough resources available to you to prevent yourself from getting a “D.” Besides if you plan on taking any other math course in college you will be screwed if you don’t fix the problem now.

also, pauls online math notes is pretty good

i dont think they can even see the D if its not your semester grade. was it a quarter grade or semester grade?

I didn’t receive a D, it’s just a hypothetical question.
