<p>I can connect to ResComp, but when I try to load a page, instead of taking me to the CalNet login screen, I just get a 404 error. Any ideas? :( I think I'll pay a visit to RCC office hours, but I kinda need wifi during the day tomorrow. If anyone has any immediate suggestions, I'd appreciate it. Thanks!</p>

<p>I reset my adapter, ipconfig/release ipconfig/renew -ed, made sure my IPv6 was obtained TCP/IP automatically, made sure Intel PROWireless is disabled...yeah. Thanks again. :)</p>

<p>It's a bad signal. You might receive enough signal to detect that it exists, but not enough to get a usable connection.</p>

<p>In addition to that, their network is kind of iffy - it doesn't compare at all to AirBears. If you really need reliable wireless in the residence halls, get your own wireless router, secure it, and use it on your wired in-room connection.</p>
