Research at Princeton

I've been looking at a couple of colleges' websites, because I'm trying to get some ideas for a research project. So far, MIT and Princeton have looked the most impressive. In terms of environmental studies, which schools are the best for research around the Northeast. Keep in mind that I am a high school student.

Besides the outstanding MIT, Harvard, Princeton, Yale, and Columbia laboratories, Cornell has a huge agricultural/environmental science department.

research positions aren't easy to come by. see what you can get before you try to pick from them.

Are you looking for a research program for the summer? Are you a senior?

Or are you looking fora school with good labs to apply to ?

Thank I forgot to look at Cornell... stupid me. And no I'm not a senior, im a sophomore. I plan on doing research because im interested, not so i can get into the college, but it wud b nice if i got into MIT, pton, columbia, and all those schools with top labs.

Anonymou5, I thought since princeton was undergrad-centered college, profs would be receptive to students working in the labs. How hard is it for freshmen and sophs to work in the science labs?

oh once you're a princeton student its not hard at all. but for high school students, you've really gotta put ur foot forward to get a position.
