Okay, sorry I have to ask this again but I don't recall ever getting a straight answer about this. I definitely want to do some research, but do medical schools care if I research about Psychology? Specifically, the research is related to neurology, neurobiology, and behavior, and I want to know if medical schools really care about what you do research on as long as it teaches the basic fundamentals of the scientific methods and critical thinking. I need an answer really soon.

I think there should be no problem, especially considering you don't even HAVE to do research to get into medical school. If you show a sincere interest and commitment to your research, I think that's quite revealing.
