<p>I've been working on a research plan since spring and I've been asking around professors near Indiana University (I live in Bloomington, IN) to be my mentor. They looked over my research plan and helped me fix it but they couldn't do much else. Do you know how I can find a mentor?</p>

<p>You’ll probably have a hard time getting professors to actually work with you unless you’re working on one of their projects. They’re busy people.</p>
<p>I’ve tried them but they couldn’t really help me so they told me I should ask the professors.</p>
