research paper...

Hi everyone,

I just finished writing my IB extended essay on Tibet/China relations.. this has been a research project of a year or so. Should I/can I send this in to JHU as a research project/paper?

Thanks in advance..

Why would you? Unless it gets published it doesn't do much for you, it's just some assignment. (I could be wrong. Just opinion.)

okay, thanks.

I wasn't sure.. desperately thinking of anything to improve my chances, haha.

if u did this as a part of ur curriculum, it can in most cases not go. but there are exceptions ot this rule.( no rule actually..)

Yet already its past 15th jan and there is little scope for review of anything u send in now...

Repeat post..

"The Admissions Office requested that all application materials be submitted or have a postmark date earlier than January 15, 2006. We will continue to accept application materials after that date but can not guarantee late materials will be added to an applicant's file prior to the Admissions Committee review.

Additionally, you should not send the complete paper but rather the research abstract."
