Research Science Institute 2005

I've pretty much made up my mind that I am going to come clean, but what do you think ISEF would do? How will colleges look at this (and should I also tell the ones I've applied to)? Will this ruin my life?

what other programs are you guys applying to?

CCIS and Jackson Lab

this summer, i'm not planning to do any more research. i want to travel abroad!

hey i applied to rsi too. i'm not very hopeful about it; i just know i wouldn't be satisfied if i had neglected to apply.

why must i wait so long for the Rletter though?? x.x'

i'm applying to nasasharp...that appl is due 2mrw....heh...i should start the essay sometime soon....

static, didn't you apply to CCIS though?

what's CCIS?

Center for Clinical Immunology. It's an internship program at Stanford University: http://ccis.stanford.edu/internships.html. It's a commuter program though, so mostly people in the Bay Area would apply.

ohhhh, where in cali are you wrath?
thanks for the info though

static, you're traveling abroad?

wishful_thinker we're in the same boat....

i either have to start and finish my essay in 45 minutes, or wait until after desperate housewives and boston legal come on.

continues wasting time

I'm not sure what they would do but that doesn't matter. I'm sure whatever it is is better than living with it.
I'm applying to NASA SHARP, MITE2S, YESS, SUMaC prolly, and John Mack oboe master class. I better get into at least ONE of the math/sciency ones...
cool ^^. I'd love to travel abroad but I must wait until I have money and a point to go somewhere.

john mack! that's who i was trying to ask you if you knew him!! he's like, 80 and he works somewhere but he's like, the itzhak perlman for oboe. =)

(sry for the digression)

oh yea. i'm applying to YESS too. and i'm thinking of sending in my app for ctd in case i don't get into any of these programs and instead i'll finish my ap gov requirement for hs there and have an open class sr yr. i dunno. ctd's a cake to get into though

may i ask what yess is?

http://www.yess.caltech.edu/

Static

I applied to RSI this year

If i don't get in, it's ok cause i was granted an internship with a renowned professor and his associates at Harvard University.

Either way, RSI or Harvard, i hope to get a lot of things done this summer.
