I just built my board last Saturday and Sunday after the SAT...one of the most labor intensive things I've ever done. It took the entire Saturday afternoon and the entire Sunday. As a result I don't have anything to put on the board yet! Oh crap...

Yes yes, forgot. Changed the viewing options.

It's 2:40 pm here, so not really ungodly hour haha. Anyone still believe that the RSI decisions will arrive this week? I for one recall from one of the messages I recieved something about contacting me at the end of this week regarding selection or whatever, good sign?

hey potential rickoids--the telluride association summer program said it was going to mail out acceptance letters "mid-march" and they sent them out on march 7--i received my letter on march 12 and i was one of the latest. So if RSI is anything like TASP, they might send your letters a few days early at the most.

Also, hang in there if you don't get a letter as soon as some of the east coast kids. everyone on the posts was receiving their letters by last wednesday and thursday, so by friday I was sure I hadn't gotten in. Then saturday I see a letter from Telluride in my Post Office Box. So just chill if yours is a few days late, especially if you live on the west coast or midwest.

Hey guys, since there's a lot of techies on this board, I need your opinion!

If you wanted to undertake an engineering endeavour in the summer, and complete it by next year...and you're also contemplating schools types: your local public, or the nationally recognized boarding school.

Any comments; home base advantage, technology/computers literacy, less homework = more research opportunities. Any thoughts for the mind of techies.

Your local high school, or boarding school?
