Research Science Majors

I'm not sure exactly what I want to do with my life but I do know that I want it to involve some for of science, and I'm leaning towards biology. On other threads people were saying that some departments are not as strong as others at Cornell. How strong is the science program? I thought it was like THE BEST school for science, but I may be wrong.

Thank you!

cornell has a stellar bio program, considering we have an entire college dedicated to agriculture and life sciences. Also, even if someone were to say that X departments aren't as strong as others here, that's like saying, "well, the music department at princeton isn't as strong as some others." it's all relative.

Some sort of biology is available in 4 of the colleges (CAS, HumEc, CALS, Engr), so you can imagine the breadth of bio-related stuff going on on campus. I think bio might be one of the most, if not the most popular major at Cornell. I've seen rankings of Cornell being top 10 in biology, but I can't support that with evidence right now...

I would be very interested in those rankings towerpumpkin mentioned, if anyone could find them...please? :)
